Where My Story Meets Yours

My name is Amanda. I didn’t always focus on nutrition, and after an autoimmune condition left me tired and without any real results through medication only,  I turned to changing my own diet and lifestyle. This ultimately led me to feel better, much better,  and inspired me to help others navigate their chronic illnesses through holistic nutrition and lifestyle practices. With a background in Functional Nutrition, my focus is on the whole person and the supporting the root cause.
